Upcoming release of Circle's latest album, 'Sing We!', featuring Matthew in multiple capacities alongside a fantastic cohort of Oxford based singers and musicians.
From Crumhorns to Scandinavia. This was fantastic to work on, and its a delight to see it'll be released at the end of next month! A really interesting variety of music, from traditional old English, like the Agincourt carol, to slushy Icelandic choral music. Even a bit of Martinu and Britten in there too!
You'll hear me on second bass, trumpet and keys. And on the track, Christmas is Coming, you'll hear me attempt to emulate a distant brass band. Very grateful for the opportunity to be involved!
